Disclosure of securities transactions

Pursuant to Dutch and French law, Board members and Executives have to notify the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and the French Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) of transactions in Gemalto Financial Instruments concluded by or on behalf of them. The notified transactions are disclosed on the AFM website: www.afm.nl and on the AMF website: www.amf-france.org.

Board members and Gemalto Employees are bound to the Gemalto Policy on Inside Information and Trading in Financial Instruments.
