At Gemalto we take our customer feedback very seriously.
Every year we conduct a Customer Confidence survey where we measure how well we have been performing and meeting the expectations of our customers, identify improvement areas and also assess our customers’ future strategic priorities and the things most important to them.
This allows us to constantly adapt ourselves to our customers’ needs.
For the past 10 years, we have been using the WHY INDEX* as our Customer Confidence benchmark.
In 2016, we achieved a WHY Index of 706 on a scale of 1000, a score that reflects a high degree of confidence from our customers, and well above the average of companies using this rating.
Our customers also highlighted the reasons why they like to work with Gemalto and we will constantly strive to maintain those qualities while improving in those areas which have been pointed out.
