1. What products can you manage in the Inventory Management Service?
We can manage any of Gemalto’s Smart Card, Token, and Smart Card Reader
products.
2. Can you manage multiple types of products?
Yes, we can manage a mix of Smart Card, Token, and Smart Card Reader
products for you.
3. What is the process flow for Inventory Management
Service?
The typical process flow for Inventory Management Service starts with a
stocking order being placed by you. Gemalto will then produce the stocking order
and place the produced stock in storage. As needed, you will send us Release
Requests and we will release the required stock to you via shipments to the
requested destination.
You may set a Trigger Level with us at the commencement of the program such that
when the stock level has depleted beyond the Trigger Level, we can either notify
you of this event to receive the appropriate restocking instructions from you,
or we can agree in advance on a Replenishment Level, that we will automatically
restock to, upon the Trigger Level being reached.
4. How frequently can I request for product shipment?
You may send us Release Requests for product shipment on an as-needed basis.
We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly, and quarterly shipments.
5. How long does it take for you to ship the products
upon receipt of Release Request?
We offer 3 day, 5 day, and 10 day turnaround from receipt of Release Request
to shipping of products. Expedited service is also available for 24 hour
turnaround (contingent upon destination).

Our standard packaging includes white unprinted envelops and boxes.

Yes, we can offer customized packaging ranging from custom printed envelops
