services

select Gemplus packaged services to ease their GSM launch
NEW ORLEANS, LA -- CTIA WIRELESS 2003 – March
17th, 2003 – Gemplus (Euronext Paris SA: GEPL.PA; Sicovam: 005768; NASDAQ:

that four new operators selected its activation and content delivery solution,
demonstrating its continuing commitment to simplify GSM network launch for
International and American wireless carriers. Gemplus’ Operated Services
solution is gaining strong momentum as the most convenient and cost-effective
way for carriers to deliver value-added services and manage subscriptions
across an ever-changing wireless landscape.

In less than eight weeks, Gemplus integrates its activation services for
SIM provisioning and content delivery services to new wireless operations.

Gemplus’ Operated Services solution offers a simple path for Mobility
Ltd. to build and maintain relationships with its GSM subscribers,” said

Smith Bagley, Inc. (SBI) is the owner of the Federal Communications Commission
(FCC) license and the CELLULARONE® license that allows SBI to use the
CELLULARONE® name in both Navajo and Apache Counties. In 1999, the license
was expanded to include areas of Catron, Cibola and McKinley counties
in New Mexico.
In December 1994, the CELLULARONE® operations and corporate office relocated
from Atlanta, GA., to Show Low, AZ. At the time of this relocation, the
total cellular customer base was approximately 1,200. Facilities to provide
the service included 4 cell sites and the company employed five full-time
