TELL ME 2009 CUSTOMER
LISTENING PROGRAM

Once again thank you!

The Public Telephony score for the 2009 campaign reached the Confidence Index of 773 versus 768 in 2008...

in 2009 Gemalto worldwide reached an overall outstanding level of customer confidence of 715 out of 1000. This is a significant increase over the previous 3 years where we scored consistently in the mid 600s.

This very positive trend is the result of several factors:

  •  Visible improvements in major customer concerns voiced in previous years,

  •  Systematic communication of action plans and close monitoring of their execution together with our customers,

  •  Strong focus of the whole company on customer recognition and process excellence.

For the Public Telephony activity where we focus on a few accounts, results are very good and we strongly hope to still  performing for next year. Once again thank you for the trust that you have on us!!
