 Street reselling airtime reload – PreTUPS, replaces the cumbersome scratch card infrastructure with a flexible, dynamic packaged software solution. It enables resellers to buy large amounts of prepaid airtime, and sell it to end users in the form of low-value e-vouchers, using a simple STK menu to specify the amount, the recipient’s mobile number, and the reseller’s PIN, for security. The package supports a channel-based top-up business model, a peer-to-peer transfer model, and a self top-up model via an ATM or credit card.
