- Gemalto (Euronext NL 0000400653 GTO), the world leader in digital security, today announces that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held today at Schiphol Airport, the
Netherlands, approved all the resolutions proposed by the Board.
Among these resolutions were
- The adoption of the Company's 2010 financial statements.
- The distribution of a cash dividend of € 0.28 per share in respect of the financial year 2010.
- The record date will be on May 24, 2011, hence the shares will become ex-dividend on May 20, 2011. The dividend will become payable on May 25, 2011.
